Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

Carriers: We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery. Carrier selection is based on destination and service level. All domestic shipments include tracking.

Tracking: Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your account if you created one.

Domestic Shipping: Contiguous US shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after processing, depending on carrier and destination.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally. All shipments are domestic US only.

Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Address corrections may incur additional fees.
