Returns Policy

Return Window: Unused, unmodified items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements:

• Item must be in new, unused condition
• All original packaging and materials must be included
• Serialized frames must have their serial number intact and unmodified
• No signs of assembly attempts or test fitting

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns meeting the above conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, custom orders, and items marked as non-returnable at purchase are final sale.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
